The Rooms

Reservations are only considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. The deposit amount is 50% of the total cost for stays longer than 3 nights, and 100% of the total cost for stays of 1 to 3 nights.

The total deposit amount will be retained for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date. In case of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

In the event of an early departure, even if it occurs 48 hours after the client’s arrival, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Rooms are available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
For late departures, we provide a courtesy room and luggage storage.
Please inform us in advance in case of late arrival.

The buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Registration is required the evening before at the reception.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

After contacting the complaints department and if no satisfactory response is received within one month, the client may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator. Contact details and procedures are available on the website: www.mtv.travel.
