Terms of Sale

• Reservations are guaranteed on receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your accommodation for stays of more than 3 nights. If your reservation is for one, two or three nights, we require you to pay for the first night’s accommodation in full when making your reservation.
• If you cancel your reservation, we will retain your deposit in full.
• If you do not show up at the hotel, we will not refund your deposit and your entire reservation will be cancelled.
• If you end your stay early giving less than 72 hours’ notice, we will charge you the cost of one night’s accommodation as compensation.
• Rooms are available from 2 p.m. on your date of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on your date of departure. If you vacate your room late, you will be charged 50% of the daily rate for your room. Please tell us if you intend to arrive late.
• During June, July, August and september, room rates include accommodation plus buffet breakfast (served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.), and no refund will be available for breakfasts not taken.
• Animals are not permitted in the hotel.
• Room rates include local holiday taxes (taxe de séjour).
• Guests staying for longer periods are required to settle their bills on a weekly basis.
• All of our rooms are non smoking.
